摘 要:文章在前期研究基础上,通过问卷调查和深度访谈对留学生期待的汉语教师个性特征进行了调查、统计和分析,发现留学生的不同个体因素如年龄、性别、国籍、汉语水平、学习时间、母语语系、性格特征、是否华裔等方面均与教师个性特征和教学特征的期待都有着或大或小的相关性。限于篇幅,文章仅对调查总体进行描述和分析。数据显示,汉语教师的职业热情、责任意识、公平意识、丰富扎实的知识基础、较强的语言解释能力最为重要,而对教务部门较为重视的教学媒介(如PPT、图片、实物等)和教学活动(如玩游戏、看电影等)的期待并不高。On the basis of the previous research and statistical data plus some questionnaires and depth interviews, this paper analyzes the Chinese teachers" personality traits. It shows that to some extent different factors of individual students are correlated to the teacher's personality traits such as age, gender, nationality, Chinese level, learning time, the native language, characteristics and foreign citizens of Chinese origin. This paper only gives a general analysis and concludes that the Chinese teacher's professional passion, responsibility, justice, solid professional knowledge, and language capability are of the most important. Both the teaching media (ppt, flash cards, real objects, etc. ) and the teaching activities (playing games, watching movies, etc. ), to which the academic department pays more attention, do not receive much concern from foreign students.
