摘　　要：实施医学生的网络媒介素养教育,培养医学生正确理解并建设性享用网络资源的素质和修养,尤其是学习发展力、人际沟通力和职业促进力三大核心能力是信息时代医学院校人才培养所面临的重要议题。当前医学生网络媒介素养处于自发状态,必须实现教育资源的多元化整合,构建政府、学校、家庭及其他社会组织于一体的立体教育体系,积极探索医学生网络媒介素养的提升途径。Talent cultivation is an important topic for medical colleges at information age.The subject contains several parts： implement of internet media literacy education, quality training on proper use of network resources, and improvement of learning, communication and vocational ability.Currently, internet media literacy of medical students is in a condition of spontaneity.So it is needed to integrate multiple educational re-sources from government, colleges, families and other organizations into a higher education system, and is also necessary to actively explore inno-vation to improve internet media literacy of medical students.
