摘  要:[目的]对抗坏血酸硬脂酸酯(AS)在生物体中的抗诱变作用进行研究。[方法]采用小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和Ames试验检测AS对致突变物的抗诱变性。[结果]小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验。500mg/kg AS组与阳性对照间差异无显著性,1000、2000、4000mg/kg三组与阳性对照间差异显著或非常显著。Ames试验AS与维生素C的四个抗诱变直线回归方程均成立,AS及维生素C的剂量与对 TA98、TA100抑制率之间均有直线相关关系。[结论]AS是具有抗致突变性的,而且AS的抗诱变性可能优于维生素C的这一特性有可能与AS的稳定性强于维生素C有关。[Objective]To study the anti - mutagenicity of ascorbic stearic acid ester (AS) in animal's body. [Method] The anti - muta-genicity of AS on mutagen was detected with Ames experiment and micronucleus test of mouse marrow cells. [Result] Micronucleus test of mouse marrow cells. 500mg/kg: there was no significant difference between AS groups and control groups. 1 000mg/kg, 2 000mg/kg, 4 000mg/kg: there was significant difference between AS and control groups respectively. Ames experiment. The four anti - mutagenesis linear regression equation of AS and vitamin C were all tanable. There was a linear correlation between the dose of AS and vitamin C and the inhibition rate of TA98 and TA100. [Conclusion] AS has anti - mutagenicity, and the anti - mutagenicity of AS may be better than vitamin C, which may relate to the better stability of AS than vitamin C.
