摘  要:模拟研究了厦门港海域纳污过程中,水体环境理化条件的变化引起污染沉积物中微量生物要素(Cu^(2+)、Mn^(2+)Cr^(3+))的释放以及所造成的生态效应。实验得出:(1)释放量与环境参数间的半定量关系;并根据浸取过程中元素在沉积物各地球化学相间的迁移变化,推测控制固相的转化。(2)用长周期释放浸取液或用外加微量营养要素到天然海水中培养厦门海区主要藻种,发现微量营养盐对藻类生长有促进作用。说明沉积物微量营养要素的二次污染可能会引发赤潮的发生。Presented in this paper is the study through laboratory simulation on the trace bioelement (TBE) (Cu2 +,Mn2% Cr3+) released from sediment in the municipal sewage disposal area in the Xiamen Harbour due to the variance of environmental parameters,and the effects on phytoplankton ecology.By the experiment set up was a semi-quantity relationship between the concentration of trace bioelement released and main environmental parameters,and methods of estimating the transformation of controlling phases based upon the change of element content in each geochemical phases in sediment in the course of extraction.By adding the extraction solution from sediment in long period or pure trace bioelement solution to the culture media-nature sea water-to culture the dominant algae from the harbour,we found that TBE might promote the growth of algae.It suggested that TBE released from sediment-secondary pollution-would be able tp induce the occurrence pf red tide,
