摘　　要：职业技能资格鉴定 ,是对劳动力资源进行社会化管理的重要手段 ,旨在提高劳动者素质、优化劳动力资源配置结构、促进劳动就业、培育劳动力市场、发展社会经济。当代西方国家职业技能培训和技能鉴定的发展模式、发展趋向 。Qaulification appraisal of vocational skill is important means to put labour force resources in social management.It aims at raising the quality of workers,optimizing the structure of deploying labour force resources,promoting employment,cultivating the labour market,and developing social economy.There's much in the mode of vocational skill training and appraisal in the western countries that we can make use of.
