摘　　要：中国现代远程开放教育是从传统封闭式教育脱胎出来的 ,它与蔡元培举办的函授教育 ,毛泽东创办的自修大学 ,以及五六十年代成人教育、广播函授教育是源与流的关系。 1979年邓小平亲自批示创建的中央电大是中国现代远程开放教育的标志 ,它历经了初创期。The evolution of history for the modern distance open education of China emerges from the traditional education.The relations are origin and development between. Cai Yuanpei's correspondence education, Mao Zedong's selfstudy university adult education on 50-60s, radio-correspondence education and itself. It is a mark for the modern distance open education of China to set up central radio and television university that was approved personally by Deng Xiaoping in 1979, and it development from a initial period and a flourishing period to a regulation period.
