一株磷细菌发酵条件的研究

摘　　要：对一株磷细菌的发酵条件进行了研究 .其中 ,单因素发酵试验表明 ,碳源以 2 %的淀粉最佳 ,氮源以0 1%的NH4 Cl最好 .最适培养温度为 37℃ ,最适初始pH为 7.0 ,最佳振荡频率为 2 0 0r/min ,装液量为 30 / 2 5 0mL ,并进行了中试罐发酵分析 ,测定了罐发酵过程中的菌量、pH、还原糖及总氮的变化情况 .The fermentation condition about a kind of phosphate-solubilizing bacterium was studied. The single factor fermentation experiment indicated that the optimal carbon source was 2% starch and optimal nitrogen,0.1%NH 4Cl.The optimal cultivation temperature was 37*#℃ and optimal pH*#7.0.The most suitable shake frequency was 200*#r/min, and the most suitable volume of cultivated liquid in 250*#mL conic bottle was 30*#mL. We measured biomass and pH on the process of fermentation,as well as the changes of sugar and nitrogen.
