牛磺酸对高剂量链脲佐菌素-糖尿病性白内障作用的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨牛磺酸对高剂量链脲佐菌素 糖尿病性白内障的影响。方法 :将 30只Wistar大鼠平均分为三组 ,定期用裂隙灯照相显微镜和微量快速血糖仪检测各组动物。结果 :诱发后 1、4、8和 12周 ,牛磺酸组和STZ组的血糖值明显高于对照组 ,但诱发后 1周 ,牛磺酸组的血糖明显低于STZ组。诱发第 4周 ,牛磺酸组的白内障发生率为 5 7 14% ,而STZ组为87 5 % ,诱发第 8、12周 ,牛磺酸组全混浊的晶状体分别为 2 1 42 %及 42 86 % ,而STZ组分别为 43 75 %及 6 8 75 %。结论 :牛磺酸尚能延缓高剂量链脲佐菌素 糖尿病性白内障的发生和发展。Objective:To study the effect of taurine on cataracts in high-dose streptozotocin-diabetic rats.Methods:Experiments were performed on 30 male Wistar rats which were divided into three groups.Once a week,each rat was checked for cataract with a slit-lamp microscope,and tail blood was collected for glucose determination.Results:After STZ administration,at 1,4,8 and 12 weeks,the rats in Taurine and STZ groups showed higher sugar levels than those in the control group,but at the 1st week after STZ administration,the sugar value in rats of Taurine group was lower than those in STZ group.At the 4th week after STZ administration,5714% rats in Taurine group and 875% rats in STZ group devevoloped cataracts.At the 8th and 12th week after STZ administration,in Taurine group severe cataracts were shown in 2142% and 4286% lens respectively,while in STZ group there were 4375% and 6875% respectively.Conclusion:Taurine could delay the formation and development of STZ-diabetic cataracts.
