摘　　要：知识经济，是一种全新的经济形态，是以知识（智力）为基础的经济，是知识产业化与产业知识化相结合的产物，是集人才培养、知识创新和信息传播为一体的先导性、全局性、基础性的知识产业。教育科技信息产业的产业化，是实现工业经济向知识经济转变的有效途径和必然选择。随着知识经济时代的到来，整个社会经济、政治、思想、文化等各个领域都将发生深刻的变化。Knowledge economy is an absolutely new economic conformation, an ecomomy on the base of knowledge, a result of combining the knowledge industrialization with the industry knowledgement. What is called industrialization, it means constantly dividing, dividing. changing, developing and forming state and process of various industrics The disserent industries have different nature,content and form of their industrialization Educational industry is a kind of precursory,overall and foundational knowledge industry, that focuses training of talents,of knowledge and spreading of information together.The industrialization of educational scientific and technical information industry is a effective ways and necessary se lection,realizing the transforming industrial economy to knowledge economy.With the coming of knowledge economic times,the great change will be taken place in the fields of economy,polities,thought and culture of the whale society.
