摘 要:在对制乳技术进行充分调研的基础上 ,选择水 -正丁醇和水 -煤油为实验体系 ,以十二烷基磺酸钠、Span85等表面活性剂为乳化剂。在 0 .2 μm的陶瓷膜中研究了压力、连续相流量等因素对乳液粒径大小、分布和分散相通量的影响。实验结果表明 ,用微孔膜可以制得分布均匀的乳状液。乳化剂的类型与用量对乳液的性质有显著影响。微孔膜对低界面张力及界面张力中等的体系可制得粒径小、分布窄的O/W乳液。连续相流量和膜两侧压差对于乳液粒径和粒径分布没有明显的影响 ;分散相通量随压差的增大而明显增大 ,但连续相流速对分散相通量影响不大。A membrane emulsion process has been carried out with water/n butanol and water/kerosene as working systems in a 0.2 μm micropore ceramic membrane, and sodium dodecylsulfonate and Span 85 were used as emul sifiers.The effects of the pressure difference between the two sides of the membrane and continuous phase flow rate on droplet size and its distribution as well as the flux of dispersion phase were studied.The experimental results show that membrane emulsification is a process of low energy cost and high monodispersion characteristic. The emulsifiers have important effects on emulsification process.It is found that the pressure difference greatly influences the flux of dispersion phase.With an increase of the pressure difference,the flux of dispersion phase is increased quickly.However,the effect of continuous flow rate and pressure difference on the drop size and its distribution was not found in our experiments.
