摘　　要：邓小平理论“三进”工作做为高校德育工作的一项重要内容 ,其重要性是显而易见的 ,做好这项工作的关键是必须大力提高邓小平理论授课教师的自身素质。在加强理论修养的同时 ,要在讲课技巧上下功夫 。As an important aspect of the moral education in university,the significance of the 'Three Entering' task of Deng Xiaoping Theory is distinct.The key point of practising 'Three Entering' is to make sure that the teachers of Deng Xiaoping Theory have high quality in themselves.In addition to improving self-cultivation,the teachers should make efforts on the teaching skills and make appropriate combination of theory and practice.
