活血祛瘀滋肾平肝方对实验性高血压及尿钠盐和 PGE_2的影响

摘　　要：采用 RIA 技术,探讨中医活血祛瘀滋肾平肝为治则组方对 Goldblatt's 高血压狗模型治疗作用,观察血压、尿 PGE_2 及钠盐的动态变化。结果表明,该方具有显著降压作用,并增加尿 Na^+ 和PGE_2 排出量,其降压机理可能与调节参与水、Na^+ 代谢及影响血管舒缩的 PG 类物质的生成和改善肾血流动力学有关。The purpose of this paper was to study the effects of activating the blood circulation to eliminate stasis and tonifying kidney and subduing hyperfunction of the liver on urinary PGE_2,Na^+ and BP of Goldblatt′s dogs.RIA was used to determine the urinary PGE_2.The results showed that after TCM administration the BP sharply decreased and the urinary PGE_2 and Na^+ excreation increased significantly.It was suggested that.the mechanism of the decrease of the BP after TCM administration might be related with enhanced excreation of renal diuritic and vasodilator prostaglandins.
