摘　　要：通过对 2 14名临床医生的问卷调查研究 ,初步论述了在临床工作中优秀临床医生应具备的主要素质和能力 ,并分析了被调查者有关认识上的性别、专业、职称等方面的差异 。Based on the results of the questionnaire to 214 clinicians, this paper gives a tentative probe into the important qualities and abilities that excellent clinicians must have, analyzing the opinionative differences of the doctors concerned in terms of sex, specialty, and professional title, and expounding the methods for educating and training excellent medical personnel.;
