摘　　要：目的　探讨表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)和Ki6 7在胃癌发生、发展中的作用及二者的相关性。方法　采用免疫组化双重染色法对 15 6例正常胃粘膜、不典型增生及胃癌标本进行EGFR和Ki6 7染色。结果　①EGFR和Ki6 7在正常胃粘膜中表达均为阴性 ;EGFR在不典型增生、胃癌组织中表达明显高于正常胃粘膜 (P <0 .0 1) ;Ki6 7在胃癌中的表达率 (76 6 % )高于不典型增生 (4 1 4% ) ,有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。②EGFR表达与胃的不典型增生程度、胃癌的分化程度、组织学类型、浆膜浸润和淋巴结转移有关 (P <0 .0 5 )。③Ki6 7表达与胃不典型增生程度、胃癌的分化程度和组织学类型有关 (P <0 .0 5 )。④EGFR和Ki6 7表达呈显著正相关。结论　EGFR和Ki6 7在胃癌的发生、发展中有协同作用 。Objective To study the role of EGFR and Ki67 in the process of gastric carcinogenesis and their correlationship.Methods Double immunohistochemical staining was used to examine the expression of EGFR and Ki67 in 156 cases of gastric specimens.Results ①Both EGFR and Ki67 were negatively expressed in normal gastric mucosa;an increased expression of EGFR was found in the gastric dysplasia and gastric carcinoma compared with normal gastric mucosa( P <0.01);the expression rate of Ki67 in gastric cancer (76.6%) were higher than that in dysplasia (41.4%)( P <0.01).②In gastric carcinoma,the expression of EGFR was related to dysplasia degree,differential degree of tumor,histological type,serosal infiltration and metastasis to lymph nodes( P <0.05).③The expression of Ki67 was related to dysplasia degree,differential degree and histological tape of tumor( P <0.05).④There was a correlation between the expression of EGFR and Ki67.Conclusion The results suggest that EGFR and Ki67 play a cooperative role in the process of gastric carcinogenesis and may serve as a useful marker for assessment of the biological behavior of gastric carcinoma.
