摘  要:应用反相高效液相色谱法分析了鱼肉中藻毒素的含量。用 BDSC1 8色谱柱 ,以水 (含 1 %三氟乙酸 )∶甲醇 =30∶ 70 ( V/V )溶液为流动相 ,2 38nm紫外检测。鱼肉样品用甲醇 -水和丙酮混合溶剂提取 ,经正己烷萃取后 ,将有机相弃去 ,水相用固相萃取柱净化后进行高效液相色谱分析。该法检测限为 1 0 ng/g,峰面积标准曲线在 5 0~ 2 5 0 ng范围内有良好线性关系 ,平均回收率为 85 .1 %~ 88.A reversed phased high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of microcystins in fish muscle is described. A BDS C18 column was used with a mobile phase of water (containing 1% trifluoroacetic acid)∶methanol =30∶70(V/V). The wavelength 238 nm was selected. The silver carp muscle sample was extracted with a mixture of methanol water and acetone. After extraction with hexane, the organic layer was discharged and the water phase was cleaned up using solid phased extraction columns before injection. The method is sensitive with detection limits of 10 ng/g, the linear range of the calibration curve of peak area was from 50 ng/g to 500 ng/g and the average recoveries of microcystins were 85.2%~88.1%.
