构建泉州师院体育改革与发展框架的设想

摘　　要：以学校体育为泉州师院整体发展服务为基点,分析我院体育的现状与改革的紧迫性,在阐述学校体育主要功能的基础上,结合高校体育的发展规律和我院实际,提出学校体育管理机构、学校体育外交、学校体育产业、教学与科研等方面改革与发展的建议,为泉州师院的整体规划和体育工作决策提供思路和依据.Based on P.E.serving for the integral development of Quanzhou Normal College,this article analyses both the present situation of P.E.and its urgent refomation.In combination with the development regularity of P.E. and the reality of our college,it expounds the principal functions of P.E,bringing forword proposals for P.E. administrati- on,diplomacy,teaching and scientific researching.Here provides Quanzhou Normal College with references for the integral projection and the decision-making on P.E.
