高校校办产业国有资产管理问题浅议

摘　　要：分析了高校校办产业国有资产管理存在的现实问题，探讨了这些问题形成的主要原因．提出了解决问题的建议：成立学校国有资产管理机构，健全高校国有资产管理体制；建立和完善校办产业资产管理办法，实现管理行为规范化；摸清家底，核实学校资本总量；加强学校非经营性资产转经营性资产的管理．In this paper,it was first analysed that problems amuse in fornistering state - owned assets by college-run industries of higher institutions.Following that,the chief reasons these problems brought about were discussed.Finally,suggestions and eco for solving the foregning problems were put forward:establishing the managerial aagencies of state-owned assets;completing the administra tive system of state - owned assets of higher institutions; finding and peifechng the administrative ways of assets of college - run industries; pmehsing the standwhization of mprial behaiour; checking the college arcounts; verifying the total college capital and sedening the management of assets from non - husiness to business.
