摘　　要：论述了我国食用化学品 ,重点是食品添加剂各类品种的生产情况、消费需求、产品开发 ,指出我国食用化学品行业面临的问题和发展方向。The production and market trend as well as the development on the new products of food chemicals, emphatically the food additives are reviewed in this article. Both the problem faced and the development of food chemicals in China are discussed.
