摘　　要：高校后勤社会化在实施过程中应注意和解决八个方面的问题：思想政治工作要领先，国有资产要保全，推进步伐要稳健，人员分流要妥善，后顾之忧要排除，大多数人要受益，内部改革要平衡，财经监督要加强。只有这样，才能顺利地推进和完成高校后勤社会化。Eight problems need to be stressed and solved in socializing the rear service in institutions of higher learning, that is, to reinforce ideological and political work, preserve state assets, steadily carry it out, properly distribute the staff,remove the staff's worries,benefit the majority,balance internal reforms and strengthen financial supervision. Only so can the reform be smoothly carried out and accomplished.
