扩招形势下职技高师教学改革的着力点

摘　　要：从加强通识教育、强化实践教学、改进教学方法、实施教考分离、建立辅导答疑制度、组织观摩教学、加强教师的业务培训、加强教研室建设和调动全体教师的积极性等 9个方面论述了职技高师在扩招形势下教学管理、改革的方式。The article discusses the ways of teaching management, teaching reform in vocation technical teachers college from nine aspects: strengthening general knowledge education, intensifying practice teaching, improving teaching methods, carrying out separation of teaching and test, establishing regulations of guidance and answering questions, organizing demonstration lectures, strengthening teachers′ professional training, reinforcing the building of teaching and research section and arousing teachers enthusiasm.
