摘　　要：岩溶对隧道工程的影响主要是洞害、水害、洞穴充填物及坍塌、洞顶地表塌陷四个方面。本文介绍了内昆铁路、南昆铁路部分典型隧道溶洞的处理措施,对同类工程有一定的参考价值。Usually there will appear four diseases caused by Karst cave encountered in tunneling: water flowing, collapse of filling and ground surface settlement. Generally there are various measures to deal with it, including spanning occluding, reinforcing and draining. In this paper, some measures for treating the typical Karst cave encountered in tunnels on Nankun railway and Neikun railway are presented, which will provide some reference value for the similar projects.
