摘　　要：给出了子群的非主不可约特征标诱导到大群上仍不可约定理的特征标证明 。In this paper,it is proved by using the character that inducing irreducible nonprincipal characters of some subgroup of a finite group is still irreducible .Furthermore,some properties of this kind of group are also proved by using the character.
