摘　　要：目的研究子宫内膜癌中C erbB 2和表皮生长因子受体的表达 ,分析与探讨其表达的意义。方法用C erbB 2和EGFR单克隆抗体免疫组化SP法分别检测高、中、低分化子宫内膜癌共 74例。结果74份标本中 ,C erbB 2和EGFR表达率分别为 6 3.5 % (47/ 74)和 6 6 .2 % (49/ 74) ;C erbB 2反应强度在高和中分化子宫内膜癌之间差异无显著性 ,但若按高、中、低分化分组 ,则反应强度与分化程度之间差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。C erbB 2蛋白表达阳性率及其与EGFR蛋白共同表达的阳性率随子宫内膜癌的恶性程度增加而增高 (P <0 .0 5 )。随EGFR阳性程度的增加C erbB 2表达有增强趋势。结论结果提示C erbB 2和EGF/EGFR系统与肿瘤的恶性潜能有密切关系 ;EGFR在EMC的恶性进展中可能起着关键的作用。C erbB 2和EGFR蛋白表达的检测对预测子宫内膜癌预后的价值 ,有待进一步研究。ObjectivesTo investigate the expression of C erbB 2 protein and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) in endometrial carcinoma(EMC) and its clinical significance.MethodsUsing their monoclonal antibodies, expression of C erbB 2 protein and EGFR in paraffin-embedded tumor tissues from 74 patients with EMC was studied by the streptavidin peroxidase conjugated method (SP stain). ResultsThe positive expression rate of C-erbB-2 protein and EGFR in 74 samples were 63.5% (47/74) and 66.2%(49/74)respectively; The reactive strength of C erbB 2 revealed no significant difference between well and moderately differentiated EMC, but statistical significance existed when the reactive strength of C erbB 2 was compared among groups with different degrees of differentiation(poorly,moderately and well differentiated EMC)(P<0.05). The positive expression rate of C erbB 2 and its positive expression rate combined with that of EGFR increased accompanying the increase of EMC malignancy (P<0.05). The expression of C erbB 2 displayed a tendency upwards as the positive rate of EGFR became higher. ConclusionsThe results suggest that C erbB 2 gene and EGF/EGFR may be closely related to the malignant potentiality of EMC. EGFR would play a crucial role in the progress of EMC malignancy. What important significance is the detection of C erbB 2 protein and EGFR expression in the prognosis of EMC patients needs further study. [
