双相钢在东风EQ140汽车上的应用研究

摘　　要：通过对双相钢 B540FH、 RS55和低合金钢 T52的综合性能对比，分析了用双相钢 B54 0FH、 RS55取代 T52钢生产东风 EQ140汽车车箱横梁的可行性以及由此产生的经济效益。Through the comparison of allround properties of B540FH dualphase stee ls, RS55 dualphase steels and T52 lowalloyed steels, the paper analyzes the feas ibility of substituting B540FH dualphase steels, RS55 dualphase steels for T52 l owalloyed steels to produce cargo body cross sill. The economic benefit from it is analysed as well.
