摘　　要：本文收集了我院自1974—1991年间收治的汗腺癌8例,其中小汗腺癌2例,大汗腺癌6例。指出首次广泛性局部切除对预后极为重要,同时正确的早期诊断是治疗本病的关键。8 cases of patients received treatment in our hospital from 1974 to 1991. 2 cases were carcinoma of eccrine sweat glands,6 cases were carcinoma of apocrine glands. It was pointed out that initial surgical resection with a wide margin is the key for good prognosis and early diagnosis was most important for treatment.
