摘　　要：本文提出了在 HCl H3PO4 底液中用极谱分析仪测定痕量铅的方法。该方法检出限为 0 .0 2 μg/ m L,在 0 .0 2— 10 .0 0 μg/ m L范围内有很好的线性关系 ,峰电位在 - 0 .4 2 V处波形清晰 ,重现性好。应用本方法测定酒中铅 ,回收率在 99.9%— 10 0 .2 %。此方法准确、简便、快速。Trace Pb was determined by polarograph with HCl H 3PO 4 as base liquid.The limit of detection is 0.021μg/mL.There is a good linear relationship in the range of 0.021—10.00μg/mL.A clear waveform at-0.42V peak position are obtained with good repeatability.The rate of recovery of this method to determine Pb contained in white spirit is in the range of 99.9%—100.2%.This method is accurate,simple and fast with high selectivity.
