摘　　要：优化高校师资队伍的年龄结构、学历结构、能级结构、学缘结构和学科结构是新时期高校师资队伍建设艰巨而重要的任务。实现师资结构优化的通途 ,一是完善选人机制 ,优化教师资源配置 ;二是采取得力措施 ,优化教师队伍成才环境 ;三是建立激励机制 ,加大学科带头人和骨干教师队伍建设 ;四是强化竞争机制 。In the process of faculty construction at colleges and universities,the most important task is to optimize the structures of teachers' age,degree,capability,sources and subjects.To achieve this,we need take the following aspects into our consideration.Ⅰ:to perfect the mechanism of selecting talents in the hope of optimizing the structures of teachers resources.Ⅱ:to take drastic measures aiming at bettering the environment that will facilitate talents growth.Ⅲ:to construct an incentive mechanism,encouraging the leading scholars.Ⅳ:to strengthen a competitive mechanism and to implement and perfect the system of teachers engagement.
