珊瑚复合人工骨植入智齿牙槽窝预防干槽症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :通过观察 rh BMP- 2 /胶原 /珊瑚复合人工骨植入下颌智齿拔除后牙槽窝的愈合情况 ,为临床促进拔牙创愈合 ,预防干槽症 ,提供有效措施。方法 :将 rh BMP- 2 /胶原 /珊瑚复合人工骨与单纯珊瑚人工骨分别制备成外形、色泽一样的植入材料 ,盲法编为 、 号 ,按患者就诊顺序以完全随机分组设计法 ,设计分为 A、B、C3组 ,每组 30例。 A组用 号材料 ,B组用 号材料 ,C组为常规拔牙法 ,牙槽窝内不放任何材料。结果 :植入 、 号材料组均无干槽症发生 ,空白组有 3例干槽症 ,发生率为 10 %。 3组病例的一般情况 ,阻生类型、手术方式、手术时间和术后处理经均衡性检验 ,无显著性差异。结论 :复合人工骨和人工骨的植入在预防干槽症中起到重要作用。砄bjective:To observe the effects of rhBMP 2/collegen/coral complex in the prevention of dry socket after extraction of the mandibular third molar.Method:90 patients aged 18～25 years old were randomly divided into A,B and C groups with 30 in each.For the patients in the groups A and B,rhBMP 2/collegen/coral complex or coral alone were implanted into the socket of the mandibular third molar following tooth extraction,the patients in group C were treated as the controls.Follow up was conducted for all the cases for 7 days.Result:Dry socket occured in 3 cases in group C while did not in group A and B.Conclusion:rhBMP 2/ collagen/coral complex or coral may be effective in the prevention of dry socket.
