摘 要:1998年秋季 ,对第一台原理性能样机进行多次田间播种试验 ,通过观测分析认为 :该机同时设地轮、仿形轮和镇压轮 ,会引起地轮传动不可靠 ,影响排种的可靠性 ,同时增加机器自重。于是 ,在 1999年和 2 0 0 0年 ,进行两轮样机的设计与试制 ,取消了传统的地轮 ,只设仿形传动轮 ,兼传动、支承 ,并且进行大面积的田间播种试验 ,最后合理地设计了组合式仿形传动轮。该轮不破坏土壤 ,驱动可靠 ,其滑移系数小于 3%。In the autumn of 1998, we performed many experiments with the first principle-function prototype in the field, By observation and analyses, we come to the following conclusion;the simultaneously installed ground wheel, profiling wheel and rolling wheel will result in losing the deperdability of the transmission of the ground wheel, and accordingly will affect the reliability of seed sowing. Another disadvantage of such a way stallation is that the total weight of the machine will be icnreased. Considering this, in 1999 and in 2000, we designed and trial-produced the two-wheel prototype, and took away the traditional grpund wheel. In this model, profiling wheel is designed not only to transmit but also to suport the machne. After the seed-sowing experiment over large areas, we finally designed the most suitable combined profiling-transmitting wheel. Such a wheel does not destroy soil, and can be driven reliably. Its sliding coefficient is below 3%
