摘 要:针对人才培养方案中课程体系的优化 ,利用矩阵图法和数据矩阵分析法 ,给出了一种定性与定量相结合的课程体系优化分析方法与模型。首先 ,通过对课程与目标的相互作用分析 ,确定课程对目标的直接支持和贡献程度 ,并计算出各课程对目标的直接贡献指数 ;其次 ,通过课程与课程间的相互作用分析 ,确定课程与课程间的相互支持程度 ,以及一门课程通过支持另一门课程而对目标的间接贡献 ,进而计算出各课程对目标的总贡献指数 ,最后 ,根据课程对目标的直接贡献指数和总贡献指数 。For the optimization of curricula systems in the talents cultivating strategy, by matrix method and numerical matrix analysis, this paper presents an optimizing and analyzing mode which adopts a combined quantitative and qualitative method. First, through analyzing the mutual influence between curricula and objectives, the degree of direct support and contribution of each curriculum to the objective, which is defined as the direct contribution index, is calculated. Second, by analyzing the internal relationships among the curricula, the degree of mutual surpport of curricula, and the indirect contribution of one curriculum to the objective by surporting another curriculum, are calculated. The total contribution index is achieved by summing up all indices of indirect curriculum contributions to the objective. Based on the direct and total indexes of curriculum contribution to the objective, the optimized strategy of curricula system is discussed.
