摘　　要：从分析大学生的现实状况出发，阐述了加强大学生素质教育的内涵及其紧迫性，对制约开展大学生素质教育的因素进行了分析和探讨，并从知识经济的创新特征出发，阐述了知识经济时代对人才素质的要求，最后就适应知识经济挑战的人才素质教育提出了一些建议和措施。The article discusses the connotation and urgency to strengthen quality-based education from the current state of college students.It analyses and studies features restricting the performance of quality-based education.and expounds requirements of knowledge economy to the students ability.Finally it offers advice and measures for students to be geared to the challenge of knowledge economy.
