气相色谱法测定乳酸乙酯的对映体纯度

摘　　要：用气相色谱法 (手性毛细管柱 )测定了乳酸乙酯的对映体纯度 .该方法的平均标准偏差为 4 .63× 10 - 4% ,平均变异系数为 0 .131% ;具有高效、高选择性。A GC method for the determination of the enantiopurity (±) _ethyl lactate was developed. This method has proved to be highly efficient, highly sensitive and very reproducible. The average coefficient of variations is 4.63×10 -4 %, and the mean standand divergence is 0.131%.
