摘　　要：给出了实方阵为广义对角占优阵的充要条件，同时给出了判断广义对角占优阵可靠、可行。The sufficient and necessary conditions of real square matrix to be a generalized diagonally dominant matrices are given in the paper. Meanwhile, a simple, dependable and available method of judging generalized diagonally dominant matrices is introduced.
