摘　　要：设Ｃ是不含三角形的简单图，本文讨论了Ｇ的伴随多项式ｈ（Ｃ，ｘ）的根的分布情况．Let G be a simple graph that Contains no triangles, in this paper we discuss that the distribution state of the roots of the ad joint polynomial h(C,x) of G.
