摘　　要：培养和造就一大批中国优秀的企业家 ,从而形成职业企业家阶层 ,关键是要营造一个适合企业家成长的良好的社会制度环境。文章从选聘制度。In order to cultivate a large number of excellent entrepreneurs so as to form a class of career entrepreneurs in China, the key lies in providing a good system of social environment suitable for the growth of them. This paper discusses three aspects of the matter: selection and appointment system, motivation system and restraint system,and the problems of building the system of social environment for this particular purpose.
