摘　　要：高等院校校办产业必须向现代科技企业的方向发展 ,即它的角色应该进行新的转换与定位。这样 ,高校才能较好地解决科技与经济二者的结合 ,建立新机制 。The industry run by higher schools must develop in the direction of enterprises of science and technology, i.e, its role should undergo a new transfer and orientation. Hence, higher schools can cope well with the combination of science and technology and economy, establish a new mechanism take a new road.
