摘　　要：利用自然病例 ,采取分组 (血尿组、低磷组、对照组 )对比的方法 ,在扫描电镜下观察了各组奶牛红细胞的形态变化。结果表明 ,从低磷酸盐血症发展至溶血 ,红细胞的形态经过了由正常的圆盘状→棘状→球形→溶破的演变过程 ;补磷制剂可明显改善红细胞形态 ,使之逐渐恢复至正常。WT5BZ]The cows of field cases were divided into three groups,including hemoglobinuria group (HNG),low phosphorus group(LPG) and control group(CG).Through the observation of scanning electron microscope,the course of erythrocytolysis attributable to low phosphorus intake was proved:the erythrocytes changed from biconcaval shape to acanthocytes,spherocytes and to be destroyed eventually with the decreased serum phosphorus content.The result also indicated that treatment with phosphorus preparation could significantly alleviate the change in erythrocyte shape and make it return to normal shape.
