摘 要:没食子酸丙酯 ( PG)以对甲苯磺酸作催化剂进行合成 ,并革除带水剂 ,最佳合成条件是酸、醇、催化剂的摩尔比为 0 .0 82 5∶ 0 .934∶ 0 .0 0 52 4 ,反应温度 1 2 0℃ ,反应时间 2 h,收率 94.2 %。采用干燥氯化氢作催化剂合成没食子酸异丙酯 ( i PG) ,酸与异丙醇的摩尔比为 0 .1 47∶ 1 .37,加热回流 8h,收率 88.1 %。研究了 i PG和 PG在花生油中的抗氧化性能 ,其抗氧化活性没有明显区别。二者对血小板聚集有对抗作用 ,PG的药理活性大于 ip Toluenesulfonic acid instead of concentrated sulfuric acid was used for the synthesis of propyl gallate, and no water carrying agent was added. The optimum synthetic condition were: molar ratios of acid, alcohol catalyst, 0.0825∶0.934∶0.00524, reaction time 2 h; reaction temperature,120 ℃; overall yield of PG, 94.2 %. iPG was prepared with dry hydrogen chloride as catalyst, refluxing for 8 h, molar ratio of acid to alcohol, 0.147∶1.37; 88.1 % yield. The antioxidative activity of PG and iPG was studied on peanut oil. The results showed that there were only little difference in antioxidative activity between iPG and PG. They possesed the activity of anti bloodplatelet aggregation. The medical activity of PG was greated than that of iPG.
