摘  要:目的 检测tubulin与chsrexb同源基因在左眼视损毁后鸽脑不同脑区的差异表达。方法 以经消减抑制杂交 (suppressionsubtractionhybridization ,SSH)方法获得的鸽脑差异表达基因的表达序列标签 (expressedse quencetag ,EST)为探针 ,用放射性同位素对其进行标记 ,藉Northern杂交法分析其mRNA在不同脑区的丰度。结果 与人tubulin有高度同源性及与鸡的chs-rex -bmRNA有高度同源性的基因在左、右视盖的丰度明显高于左、右前脑。Objective To observe the expression of tubulin and chs rex b homologous gene in different region of monocular eye deprived pigeon.Methods The differential expressed gene in the pigeon brain was used as probe and labeled with radioisotope.The expressions of both genes were analyzed by Northern hybridization.Results The expressions of tubulin and chs rex b homologous genes are higher in optic tecta than in forebrain, and they are higher in left optic tecta than in right one.Conclusion Tubulin and chs rex b homologous genes in the brain of pigeon obtained by SSH have relations with the molecular construction of vision pathway.
