摘 要:目的 研究不同剂量60 Co射线辐照离体全血对红细胞CR1分子基因表达与分子数目的影响。方法 应用PCR和HindIII酶切技术测定红细胞CR1分子基因表达以及应用酶联法定量测定红细胞CR1分子数目。结果 经 15~ 35GY60 不同剂量辐照离体全血红细胞CR1分子基因表达与未经照射组比较无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。经 15~ 2 5GY辐照后红细胞CR1分子数目与未经照射组比较无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;然而 ,经 30、35GY辐照后红细胞CR1分子数目分别与其他剂量组和未经照射组比较有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1)。另外 ,各剂量组、未经照射组高表达离体全血红细胞CR1分子数目相互比较无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;且中低表达离体全血相互比较也无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。各剂量组、未经照射组高表达与中低表达离体全血红细胞CR1分子数目比较则有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1)。结论 在一定照射剂量范围内 ,不影响红细胞CR1分子基因表达 ;随着照射剂量逐渐增大 ,离体全血红细胞CR1分子数目逐渐升高且呈正相关。Objective To study the effect of complement receptor type 1 (CR1) on erythrocytes genomic density polymorghism and quantitative expression after various doses of 60 Co г radiation. Methods Methods Polymerase chain reaction (PCR), Hind III restricton enzyme digestion and the quantitaive assay of ECR1 were used. Results From 15 Gy to 35 Gy 60 Co г radiation,the ECR1 genomic density polymorphism had no obvious differences between radiation groups and unradiation group. ( P >0.05); From 15Gy to 25Gy, the quantitative expression in RBC was very similar among radiation groups and unradiation group ( P >0.05); But after 30Gy and 35Gy 60 Co radiation, the quantitative expression had obvious difference ( P <0.05~0.01).On the other hand, the high and middle low quantitative expression in RBC had no obvious difference from 15Gy to 35Gy ( P >0.05), and it also had no obvious difference among the radiation group and unradiation group ( P >0.05). But in every doses group and unradiation group, there were obvious difference among high expression and middle low expression( P <0.05-0.01). Conclusion Within limited doses of radiation, it the erythrocyte (CR1)gene expression is not influenced; with the increasing with the of radiation dose,the quantitative expression in RBC is also increased.
