摘 要:在机构运动行为的表示法基础上 ,定义了基于运动行为“贴近度”的概念。根据“贴近度”得到与设计要求接近的设计方案 ,然后通过运动行为属性传播方法 ,将设计要求的行为知识分解 ,得到基于串联式组合的多个运动行为表示 ,再分别匹配机构。通过该方法 ,当本体行为知识不被完全满足时 ,可以利用计算机自动推出串联式机构组合的方案 ,使该方案完全满足本体行为要求。Research on the methods of mechanism combination commenced from 80s of 20-th century, but much attentions have been paid to the problems of type synthesis and the qualitative representation methods of mechanical function and behavior, so that there is no intensive literatures about the study of mechanism combination method. This paper introduced a novel concept,DOA(Degree of Approximation) based on the work brought forward by Wang Li so as to find the best suitable scheme of an intended behavior by calculating DOA of alternatives. Then, by propagating the motion behavior attribute and decompositing the intended behavior,the designers can find series-connected alternatives, and mate them with mechanisms respectively. This method can automatically find series connected scheme meeting the requirements of the intended behavior by computer when the essence part knowledge can not be satisfied.
