摘　　要：目的　探讨玻璃体切割治疗Marfan综合征的疗效。方法　对 8例Marfan综合征患者中接受玻璃体切割治疗脱位晶状体并植入人工晶状体的 1 0只眼的资料进行了回顾性总结。结果　 1 0只眼脱位晶状体均成功取出并植入了人工晶状体。随访 3～ 1 8月 ,9只眼的视力 >0 1 ,其中 2只眼的视力为 0 5 术后并发症有人工晶状体移位 3只眼 ,前房积血 2只眼 ,轻度玻璃体积血1只眼 ,反应性葡萄膜炎 1只眼。结论　玻璃体切割术可用于对Marfan综合征晶状体脱位的治疗 。OBJECTIVE To study the way to manage Marfan syndrome with lens dislocated into vitreous cavity METHODS Vitrectomy and implantation of intraocular lens were performed in eight patients(10eyes) with Marfan syndrome result in dislocation of lens into vitreous cavity Data of the patients were summarized retrospectively RESULTS The dislocated lenses were removed successfully and intraocular lenses were implanted in 10 eyes At period of follow-up from 3 months to 18 months visual acuity was 0 1 or better in the 9 eyes, and was 0 5 in two eyes of them The complications occurred including replacement of intraocular lens in 3 eyes, and hemorrhage of anterior chamber in two eyes,and mild vitreous hemorrhage in 1 eye, and temporary uveitis in 1 eye CONCLUSION Vitrectomy could be one of methods for treatment of lens dislocated into vitreous cavity with Marfan syndrome The visual acuity of patient treated could improve significantly
