摘 要:目的 探讨中专护生临床实习中分阶段目标教学的教学效果。方法 将 1999年 9月~ 2 0 0 0年 6月在外科实习的10 1名护生为实验组 ,实施分阶段目标教学 ;1998年 9月~ 1999年 6月在外科实习的 97名护生为对照组 ,实施分阶段教学。结果实验组转科理论及毕业综合技能考核成绩明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;实验组在护生对带教老师、带教质量及病人对护生工作方面的满意率均大于 94% ;实验组 95 %的护生喜欢目标教学。结论 分阶段目标教学促使师生双方形成强烈的目标意识、整体意识、学生参与意识和及时反馈强化意识 ,使临床教学工作规范化 ,顺应了整体护理需要 ,充分发挥学生在实习中的主体作用 。Objective To study the effects of target-teaching according to stages on clinical practice of nurse students. Methods101 nurse students from September 1999 to June 2000, who took out their clinical practice, were classified into a study group. They were taught with the method of target teaching according to stages. Another 97 nurse students from September 1998 to June 1999 were set in a control group. They received just teaching based on each teaching stage.ResultsThe examination scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control( P <0.05). The nurse students were satisfied with their teachers, and their patients were more satisfied with the nurse students from the experimental group. Teaching effects and quality were better. In view to target teaching based on each teaching stage, it received higher rates of satisfaction (94%, 95%).Conclusion Target teaching according to each teaching stage helps both teachers and students to build a strong target,form a holistic sense, strengthen the sense in participation, and enhance the sense of feedback. In this way,the clinical nursing teaching can be standardized to meet the needs of holistic nursing so that the nurse students will study actively and spontaneously. As a result, this teaching method helps improve the quality of nursing teaching.
