摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的到来和社会主义市场经济的建立及完善 ,人力资本产权的确立已不可避免 ,它对于我国市场化改革和国有企业改革等具有重要意义。我们应将人力资本产权纳入到企业改革和激励机制的设计中 ,以促进人力资本的投资。With the approach of the intellectual economy and the establishment and perfection of socialist market economy, property right of labor capital will inevitably erect, which works a profound influence on our reform of market mechanism and that of state-owned enterprises. The author thinks property right of labor capital should be placed in the frame of the enterprise reform and the motivation mechanism to improve the investment, application and allocation of labor capital.
