摘　　要：高等教育改革的最终目的在于提高人才培养质量 ,其中最为重要的环节是教学改革。教学改革是一个系统工程 ,厦门大学近几年所取得的教学改革成果充分说明 ,发挥学科优势 ,把学科优势转化为教学改革资源 。The eventual aim of higher education innovation is to enhance the quality of talents, while teaching innovation is the key of this project. The progress made by Xia'men University in teaching innovations shows that it's very important to take full advantage of the research priority in some disciplines and transform the disciplinary advantages into teaching resources.
