摘　　要：在知识经济社会中 ,现代企业要获得竞争优势并可持续发展 ,就必须对知识资源进行有效地开发与管理。对此进行了论述 ,并结合我国国情和企业实际 ,提出了推进知识管理 。In the society of knowledge economy,knowledge resources must be effectively developed and managed by modern company to achieve competing advantage and sustainable development.This paper proves this point and proposes the specific measure to push knowledge management and realize sustainable development in terms of the condition of our country and enterprises.
