摘　　要：:3 对硝基苯氧甲基 4 氨基 5 巯基 1,2 ,4 三唑与芳醛在酸催化下发生分子内的Mannich反应 ,合成了 9种新的稠杂环化合物。通过元素分析、IR、1H NMR和MS确证了结构 ,并对其机制进行了探讨。生物活性实验结果表明 :部分化合物具有较强的抗菌作用。Nine new fused heterocyclic compounds were synthesized by the Mannich reaction of 3-p-nitrophenoxymethyl-4-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole with aromatic aldehydes in the presence of acid.The reaction conditions for the synthesis were investigated.The reaction mechanism was suggested.The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis,IR, 1H-NMR and MS.All of the compounds were screened for their biological activities.The results showed that some compounds(6b,6c,6d,6e)possessed strong antibacterial activities.
