茶多酚对老年性痴呆早期防治的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究茶多酚对老年性痴呆临床前期认知功能的影响。方法 :采用 BSSD、VRT、DS和 RVR一系列量表对 31例观察对象进行治疗前后分析对比。结果 :从多方面显示 ,老年性痴呆临床前期已有注意力、短暂记忆、计算、阅读理解、空间感知、定向和语言运用等能力减退。服茶多酚 3个月后认知功能可获改善 ,且使部分人达正常标准。结论 :通过一系列信度和效度良好的神经心理学检查显示 。Objective:To study the effects of Teapolyphemol on the perception of senile dementia cases.Methods:31 senile dementia cases were studied by using a serial of quantitative tables of measurements (BSSD,VRT,DS and RVR) to compare the pre and post treatment conditions.Results:All the abilities of attention, transient memory, calculation, reading comprehension,space sense, orientation and linguitics were lowered in senile dementia cases. After 3 months of Teapolyphemol treatment, these abilities were greatly improved, some of the cases reached the normal standard. Conclusions:Teapolyphemol was effective in treating senile dementia according to these tests.
