山楂叶中黄酮类化合物提取工艺条件的筛选

摘　　要：利用正交实验设计探讨山楂叶中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺条件。研究结果表明 :在 80℃条件下 ,液料比 (体积∶质量 ) 10∶1,70 %乙醇回流提取 4次 ,每次 0 .5h 。The optimum extracting conditions of flavonoids in hawthorn leaves were investigated by using the orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that 80℃, 10:1 of 70% ethanol to hawthorn leaves weight, extraction for 4 times and 0.5 h for each time were optimal.
