欧盟监控蜜样的铁含量及引起茶水变色规律之初探

摘　　要：目前 ,茶水中兑加蜂蜜后引起茶水变色的现象受到了不少消费者的关注。我局配合中国养蜂学会的“普查蜂蜜中铁含量”的行动 ,在全国蜜样到来之前 ,首先对欧盟监控蜜样 (来自我国各地 )中的铁含量进行了抽样检测 ,并比较了不同含铁量的蜂蜜对茶水色泽变化的影响 ,初步得出了蜂蜜的铁含量及其引起茶水变色的规律。全国不同地区不同蜜种的“Fe”含量将陆续检测、报告。Nowadays, people find that the tea and drinks will change its color after it was added the honey. Many consumers have paid close attention to the phenomenon of this discoloration. This text adopt the atomic absorption method to measure the Fe content of the samples of our nation's honey , compare the effects to the discoloration of the tea and drinks when the honey with different Fe contents was added in , reaches the preliminary regulation between the Fe contents of the honey and the discoloration degrees of the tea and drinks, and provide the experimental reliance for establishing the constraint criterion of our nation's export honey.
